No spice? No problem. Rich and mysterious, our Umami Crisp totally skips the heat and doubles down on savoury umami.

Stuffed with the crispiest shallots, golden crunchy garlic, roasted sesame, we layer in earthy shiitake mushrooms, slow fermented miso, spiced fortified soy sauce for create a deep savoury umami explosion.

With a rich Chinese flavour profile, this versatile jar is at home with Asian cuisines, but also sits pretty on Western food.

Spoon straight on eggs, soups, dumplings, sandwiches & toasties, dips, grilled veg, stir-fry, —anything that needs quick flavour and umami. You’ll only need a little bit.
