HOW TO USE
Spoon across burrata and cheese platters, cover fried chicken or calamari, toss over noodles or rice bowls, glaze steak or roast veg, dress dumplings and cold rolls, dollop on pizza or toasties. Mix with kewpie or other mayo for a bomb dip or sandwich spread, top stir-fries or congee, or just eat straight off the spoon. You wouldn’t be the first or the last.
