USE ME

Douse dumplings, drizzle across noodles and fried rice, light up congee and soups, fry breakfast eggs in it, brush avocado toast, gloss roast veg, use in dressings and dipping sauces, brush grilled prawns or tofu, swipe into sandwiches, finish pizza and pasta.

WHAT IS IT

Straight up flavour for everyday food. We gently fry a comforting backbone of caramelised garlic, and then sizzle it hot over chillies and infuse in a bed of our 14 Spice Oil. The result is an umami fueled chilli oil that brings heat and colour to anything. Bright, savoury, aromatic— easy to use and easy to love.
