Local and natural materials are carefully selected for these comforting and therapeutic Heat-Cold Packs. Each pack is handmade with Austalian merino recycled wool woven in Tasmania by Waverley Woollen Mills. Filled with odourless wheat-free lupin seeds, unscented.

Microwave for 2 minutes then 30-second intervals until the desired temperature is reached, or freeze in a sealed bag.
