About Ziggy's Wildfoods

Ziggy’s Wildfoods crafts Australia’s premier range of fermented condiments, miso pastes, hot sauces, vinegars and cocktail mixers - proudly showcasing wild foraged native ingredients. Their award-winning artisanal products share the ever-changing edible stories from the Australian wilderness.

Hand-sourcing as many ingredients as possible from nature herself — not farms or factories, but forests, coastlines, and mountain ranges. Where others speak of seasonality, Ziggy's speak of hyperseasonality. The wild botanicals, seaweeds, flowers, fungi, fruits, and leaves used are available only for fleeting moments each year — within tight climate windows, and often only when luck is on their side. Harvested respectfully, close to home, from what nature offers — up high, down low, and always with care. Then they ferment, dry, cure, brine, and pickle to capture and preserve the wild abundance. It’s not the easiest way — but it’s by far the most magical. It’s what makes their products unlike anything else in Australia.
