Highly aromatic wild foraged native Bunya nuts are dried, ground & mixed in for their distinctively tasty, roasted chestnut and baked potato flavours.
Complexity & depth is brought to the party through lightly roasted Native Wattleseed, with its incredible coffee, chocolate and hazelnut aroma.
With organic Australian honey - we're left with the most incredible sweet-yet-savoury, special moment miso.
Use as a base for caramels, glazes, or to dress anything that will be KISSED with a flame.
INGREDIENTS:
Organic white rice, organic soybean, wild bunya nut (araucaria bidwillii), raw honey,
sea salt, wild wattleseed (acacia victoriae), wild lemon myrtle (backhousia citriodora),
koji (aspergillus oryzae).
Refrigerate once opened.
