Fair Trade Wanderer Beaded Tassel Earrings - Navy and Pink

These stunning earrings are intricately beaded by hand using tiny glass beads.

Combining a feature bead with a contemporary brass plate, the strands of beads will dance and flow as you go. 

For those that like to wander, the new Wanderer collection is inspired by the spirit of adventure. 

Handmade by a group of women artisans based in Bawana, a small town in the North West district of Delhi, an area mostly inhabited by migrant workers. Many in this community used to live in informal “slum” settlements in Delhi and have been offered small plots of land in this area.

One artisan that has been making jewellery for 18 years stated of working for a Fair Trade artisan group:

“I myself as well as my other fellow artisans feel more confident and happy. There is also a sense of empowerment. Formerly, we never travelled and now I travel often for the work. I feel now more productive and useful.”
