Thank you for visiting Field Trip Balhannah, the online shop for our Adelaide Hills based gift store. We’re so happy to have you here!

Shipping within Australia is $8 or free for orders over $150. Pickup in store is always free.  We also offer free gift wrapping, please make a note at checkout if you would like us to wrap your order.

We aim to ship all orders within 48 hours.

We are happy to accept returns or exchanges for full priced items. Please email us to organise this. Buyer pays return postage. All sale items are final. 

Many of our products are hand made and as such, there may be some variation in the items. We try to state this on products, where applicable. But please email us if you would like to see more photos of an item you’re purchasing (this can be particularly true for our handmade ceramics).
